3eleven design is a Brighton based architectural firm providing a wide range of drawing and design services to help with your building projects. The ethos of the company is simple, keep things simple.

As a graduate from Brighton University, formally working in many fields of the construction industry I found myself often working out of hours helping friends and families with their building projects and from here a company was started. I am proud to say 3eleven is midway through its second year of trading. This is due to our hard work and dedication, applying our extensive knowledge of construction on all projects and maintaining a friendly and professional working relationship with our clients. After all we work for you.

Unlike some design practices, we provide a unique service by offering a fixed fee for the entire scope of the project. Other companies operate on hourly fees giving the client little or no idea of the final cost they will bear. 3eleven quotes are fixed, based on the size and type of work and come with the promise that regardless of the time spent the price will not change.

3eleven provides drawings, all necessary documentation and application monitoring for all of the following and more:
